Gilbert O'Sullivan Twin Best - VICP-41173

Twin Best? Save your money on this compliation folks! The packaging leaves much to be desired! There is only one photo of Gilbert in the entire set which is the cover. The booklet has no photographs and numerous lyrics are missing! The song titles are only in Japanese on the back cover. CDs from Japan are usually excellent and well worth the price. It's not the case here and at $35.00, "Twin Worst" is a better title! However, if you want most of Gilbert's singles in one place, and you must have it for the collection, take out the credit card now!

Upon arrival of the CD collection, I posted the above paragraph. However, after listening to the cds, I am extremely happy to report that the sound quality is excellent! As always, the Japanese have done a beautiful job in remastering Gilbert's music. Some of the masters are now 30 years old and the recordings sound better today then they ever did. Both cds clock in just over 60 minutes each which gives you 2 hours of pure Gilbert music. However this one offers no bonus or B Sides.
